Where is Ambrosinum made?

We are proud to work with amazing and partly family-run factories across India, Asia and the UK to lovingly create each Ambrosinum piece.

Is Ambrosinum Ethical and sustainable?

We highly value a sustainable approach to production and materials at Ambrosinum.

This is why we produce in limited production runs to reduce wastage. Wherever possible and if it delivers the same longevity of a design, we choose recycled materials.

Of course, creating new products is not sustainable in itself, however we create our designs with the aim of them becoming a timeless elegant essentials in your wardrobes for years to come.

We always ensure that we are aligned on ethical production and working condition standards with each supplier and are proud to support those we have chosen to partner with.

Is there a size guide?

Our earrings feature their measurements on their product pages. We try to enable you to get a feel for their size in our on-model images on each product page. If you are still unsure, we recommend cutting out the measurements of the design on a piece of paper and hold them onto your earlobe.

Are drops limited edition?

Yes, most of our seasonal drops are limited edition and released in small, curated batches. This is intentional. We'd rather offer fewer pieces done beautifully than flood the market. Some seasonal styles may return for our newsletter subscribers exclusively; others won't. Follow us or join our mailing list to get early access before pieces sell out.

Alongside our seasonal drops, there will be a curated collection called the permanent collection. These are our signature styles and remain available. While those are also produced in small, artisanal batches to ensure exclusivity and craftsmanship, they are restocked frequently.

Restocks are shipped on a first-come first-serve basis, so if you'd like to be notified once an item is back in stock simply email our customer care team at contact@ambrosinum.com to make sure you are on the list and notified once the restock arrives and can make your purchase.

SHIPPING

When will my order arrive? (UK)

UK standard delivery is 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.

When will I get my order? (International)

EU delivery typically takes 5–8 business days from dispatch.

Delivery to the US and Australia is 7–14 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times. In rare cases due to delays within the carrier company, delivery time can extend to 21 days. You'll receive a tracking link the moment your order leaves us.

Where are orders shipped from?

Our EU orders are dispatched from Munich, Germany.

UK Orders are dispatched from London, UK.

US and International orders are dispatched from London, UK. We aim to install national distribution in the US shortly and will notify customers once this is in place.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Can I change my order?

We process orders very quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that point, we can't guarantee amendments before dispatch, but we'll always do our best to help.

Will I pay duties and taxes?

Yes - Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to VAT, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by your country.

These charges are entirely outside our control and are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout.

At this moment, we send orders as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Duties and taxes are not included in your order total and will be collected by your local customs office upon delivery. You’ll be responsible for these fees, which vary by country.

We recommend reviewing your country’s tax and duty regulations before ordering.

RETURNS & CARE

What is the return policy? (UK)

For UK orders, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided pieces are unworn and in original packaging. To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive faulty.

Returns Process

  • Items are eligible for returns within 14 days of being delivered, provided they meet our return criteria.
  • To initiate a return, please register your return request via email to contact@ambrosinum.com
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging included.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanged items.
  • Insurance for returned items is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit.
  • Once your return is received and meets our return criteria, we will process an exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.
  • The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be included in any credit notes issued.

Earrings Policy

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for refunds on earrings.
  • We understand that a change of mind can occur, and we would be happy to exchange the earrings for another pair or offer you a credit note to our store.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item instead of the one you purchased, we sincerely apologize. Please email us within 48 hours at contact@ambrosinum.com with your order details and pictures of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • Once we received the details, we’ll work to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

Site-Wide Sales & Final Sale Items:

  • Items purchased during site-wide sales or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Additional Policies

Tarnishing over time is not considered a fault or damage and does therefore not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Unfortunately we're unable to accept returns on international orders at this time. We encourage you to review product descriptions, dimensions, and material details carefully before purchasing.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on side-wide or final sale items. These will be carefully marked as "final sale" across the online store.
