Refund policy

If you change your mind you can return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days, excluding earrings (for strict hygiene reasons), personalised or engraved items, gift cards & gift packaging.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. We are not able to accept returns for items purchased at any of our pop up events or sample sales.

To return your order please send us an email to contact@ambrosinum.com stating the reason for the return and attaching relevant images.

Once our customer service team member reviewed your refund application, you will be emailed with your postage label or QR code, along with the instructions of where to post your return.

AMBROSINUM does not cover the postage cost when returning orders for a refund or exchange. All postage costs are calculated and payable at the last step on our returns portal before receiving your postage label/ QR code.
